Reporting to the company Director and as part of the senior management Team, you will be responsible for selling and promoting facility property outsourcing software solutions to some of the UK's most prestigious companies. Albeit, this is a software based solution, knowledge of the Property Services, Facilities Management or closely related industries is essential for this role.

This is a new venture which has backed by one of the UK's leading banks and you will be instrumental in the company's growth and expansion over the coming years. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering planned turnover and achieving marginal targets
• Formulation of bids up to and beyond £200k
• New client development
• Manage marketing budgets and strategy
• Manage forecasts, pipeline and progress of activities and leads

The basic salary is £45k, with an annual car allowance of £6250 and an OTE of 80k+ with no cap on commission.
