| Job Description | Our client, a progressive software development house, has been steadily growing throughout the last year. With a number of secure contracts, things have never looked better. 2010 sees them embark on their largest project to date.
A solutions provider specialising in Collaboration Management, Applications Management and Systems Development and Integration. They partner with many large organisations such as Microsoft, Oracle, K2 and Adobe in ensuring the services they offer match their own high standards.
Recently they have launched a new centre of excellence in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and are recruiting heavily.
This is a key role within the Microsoft applications management team providing 2nd and 3rd level application support for a variety of bespoke .Net applications and Web sites. Key Skills: - Must have Development or Application support experience using C#, ASP, .NET, SQL Server 2000 / 2005.
- Experience in delivering web based application architectures (including web services).
- Good problem solving skills are required for this role and must have the ability to work on own and as part of a team, needs to be proactive, good communication skills, ability to multitask.
- Qualifications: Must have 3rd level education (IT specific preferred), advantage if passed the core components of MCSD, MCPD or support MCAD.
Personal Attributes: - Good communicator, team player, organised, hard working, determination.
- Must be prepared to travel from time to time.
