The Role:
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, passionate, highly productive SCM Tools Engineer. The individual will be part of the SCM team supporting geographically dispersed development teams across multiple environments and various software technologies. The ideal candidate will be skilled at building and supporting integrated enterprise level SCM tools in a dynamic and complex software environment.
Requirements: - 1+ year experience writing tools in an SCM environment - C#, C++ preferred.
- 1+ year with scripting technologies - NAnt, and Perl preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, SCM practices along with
- Software Build and Release Management methodologies.
- Mature hands-on experience with enterprise level systems.
- Strong ability to successfully manage concurrent deliverables on time and with quality within fast-paced environment and under deadlines.
- Substantial experience to support parallel development environments in support of multi-project development and inter-dependencies
- High degree of professionalism to address and resolve end-user issues.
- Experience in providing follow-up to customer base in timely and quality manner.
- Excellent oral and written communications are required.
- Experience with creation and maintaining automated build tools.
- Experience with AccuRev administration and scripting
- Working knowledge of NAnt, NUnit, and CC.NET
- Working knowledge Web technologies and within multi-tier architecture environments.
- Enterprise environment management - host and VM.
