Our client is a hugely successful software house based in the Northwest. They are now undergoing a significant period of growth. Key to this will be the appointment of a Linux Support Engineer.

We are looking to hear from candidates with around 2yrs+ Linux support experience. In this role you will be offered the chance to expand your knowledge by working closely in a small team with one other systems architect. This is a chance to get some excellent one on one mentoring. 

Skills:

• Linux (any of Unbuntu [ideally], Redhat, etc) 
• Strong network skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Good communicator
• Capable of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support
• Ability to take direction and a willingness to learn
  
  

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of TCPIP
