Our client is one of the fastest growing global IT services companies. With some of the world's largest banking and finance companies as their clients they are opening a new EMEA development centre in Belfast this summer.

As part of their first round of recruitment we are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 8+ years of strong server side software development background
• Systems Design
• Strong Java, Servlets, and Web Services knowledge (J2EE/JSP/Struts/Spring Framework/XML)
• Experience in Weblogic
• Strong RDBMS experience (Sybase/MS SQL)
• Unix, Linux, Windows Server and scripting skills (Korn shell/PERL)
• Previous experience of front-office businesses in the financial industry is essential.
• Knowledge of the Margin or Risk application is a BIG plus.

Desired Skills:

• Real time communications using Tibco EMS, MQ, JMS, MS Messaging, MSMQ
• Experience of Events Processing frameworks such has Tibco BusinessWorks, Ab Initio
• Conduct It, & Aqua Logic BPM will be a plus
• Knowledge of Gemfire Cache or competing technologies is a plus.
