• A degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Ideally 8+ years commercial experience.
• A minimum of 2-3 years experience programming in Java/J2EE, including experience in JSP, web applications.
• Excellent software architecture, implementation and problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with standard professional software development processes, including source code control, unit testing and code reviews.
• For this role strong back end database skills are required.
• Ideally candidates could have some Java or Flex experience.
